Five floors and 168,000sf, Florida State University’s state-of-the-art chemistry building features a penthouse, laboratories, classrooms, and faculty offices for multiple scientific disciplines. The building is shared by about 250 chemists, biochemists, physicists, and biologists researching cutting-edge advancements in each field. The new building also houses two nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imagers to assist the scientists in their work.

The evolution of Student Unions at universities and colleges has transformed campuses across the country by providing students the opportunity to gather, study, socialize and exchange ideas to enhance their overall college experience. This project will provide new space and renovate existing space for the FSU Oglesby Student Union to create a social and academic collaborative space for the students.
