Marlin Business Services
The Marlin Business Services interior project was a renovation of the existing headquarters spaces located in Mount Laurel, NJ. The project consisted of two phases. The phasing allowed Marlin to occupy part of the building as the other portion was being renovated.
Phase 1 was a two-story office space renovation that included a new feature stair and lobby area. Phase 2 was a single-story space connected to Phase 1 by a breezeway. Phase 2 renovated existing office space into a new cafeteria area with adjacent conference rooms for large gatherings.
