Net-A-Porter
Structure Tone managed the build-out of two full floors for Net-A-Porter’s North American headquarters for Internet sales as well as renovation of their warehouse and distribution facility. Structure Tone built out two full floors within the required 16-week schedule.
The project’s key features included a two-story display stair, theater area for special events, cafeteria and gymnasium. Prior to starting construction, our team identified deficiencies in the structural steel assemblies of the building, and devised a plan to re-support the floor and roof assemblies to accommodate the increased floor loading. This work was completed on an expedited schedule, working two shifts, six days a week, to enable construction of Net-A-Porter’s space to resume as quickly as possible.
