Structure Tone Southwest is currently completing preconstruction for the repositioning of 901 W. Walnut Hill Lane. Originally constructed in 1983, the building’s heavy industrial look and outdated systems is in much need updating to compete with today’s market.
Our preconstruction team is working with the architect, owner, and representatives to develop design and pricing together. This process streamlines the construction process as any potential conflicts can be identified upfront during design and resolved with minimal effect on schedule and budget. Our preconstruction resources encompass a large group of professionals including new construction, interior, and MEP specialist, as well as BIM/VDC and scheduling support. Our team was able to pool our resources and specific skillsets to provide thorough and informed cost proposals.
This project includes the partial demolition and construction of connectors and public areas including new curtainwall systems, sitework and landscaping, MEP upgrades, structural upgrades to the existing garage, and construction of main common areas and amenities. The preconstruction process is a four-month phased approach to focus on specific packages at a time. Our team will price various design options throughout each package in order to achieve the best value and solution.
