Throughout the course of our history, the STO Building Group has developed a strong working relationship with the subcontracting community. By fostering valuable relationships with the trade community, we have been able to successfully complete every project undertaken.

In order to provide the service our clients require, we work with reputable, experienced firms that are both committed to delivering quality and meeting the objectives of a project. As our market coverage has grown (both in terms of project type and geographic coverage) and our workload has increased, we have continuously reached out to the subcontracting community to support our projects and supplement our technical expertise.

Prequalification

To become a subcontractor with the STO Building Group, each subcontractor must demonstrate that it is a viable, productive company. As a condition of working on projects for STO Building Group, the subcontractor must also review, accept and abide by the applicable Supplier Code of Conduct. Through an extensive prequalification process, we analyze the subcontractor’s past performance, current workload, safety record, and financial stability, among other selection criteria. The prequalification process helps STO Building Group identify the most qualified, reputable subcontractors in the industry.
