Marking Success: AllianceBernstein’s New Office Headquarters
In 2018, AllianceBernstein (AB) announced it would be moving its New York City headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee. The global investment management firm chose Layton Construction to complete the 205,000sf high-end build-out within Nashville’s newest mixed-use complex, Fifth & Broadway.
DNB at Hudson Yards: Using Workplace Technology to Support Design & Construction
Norway’s largest financial services group, DNB, sought to create a dynamic workplace that prioritizes employees, represents the company’s culture and brand, and supports collaboration. Teaming with Turner & Townsend and architect M Moser Associates, Structure Tone built DNB a 20,000sf space at Hudson Yards that integrates company history with advanced technology in a comfortable, engaging environment that offers stunning views of New York City and the Hudson River.
DEUTSCHE BANK AMERICAS: A REDESIGNED HEADQUARTERS

The selection of One Columbus Circle and reuse of a modern landmark allowed Deutsche Bank to create a state-of-the-art trading environment, locate the office in a prominent and convenient location, and elevate their brand experience.
