The STOBG Innovation Engine is an avenue for all employees to
submit innovative ideas and evaluate them against our strategic
vision, with the potential for selected ideas to progress to pilot
projects. Submitters are invited to contribute to the development
and implementation of their ideas, from proof of concept to full
deployment.
Innovations may include new technologies or process improvements,
with a focus on identifying repeatable and scalable solutions to
project and business challenges, enhancing client services,
streamlining systems and processes, and driving transformative
change across the entire AEC industry.
