LF Driscoll (LFD) has successfully delivered projects of all sizes and complexities—from initial feasibility studies and renovations to multi-billion-dollar new construction projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Northeast, and Midwest. Our diverse portfolio includes core and shell construction, interior fit-outs, renovations/additions, and complex infrastructure projects, primarily executed under Construction Manager at Risk and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) contracts.

In 2017, we deepened our expertise with the launch of LF Driscoll Healthcare (LFDH), a dedicated division focused exclusively on serving healthcare clients in New York and New Jersey. Together, LFD and LFDH work in close collaboration to provide seamless, high-quality service across the region—delivering consistency, efficiency, and solutions tailored to each client’s evolving needs.
