Benefits
We offer a range of benefits that support employee mental health, including an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), virtual therapy, and mindfulness resources. We also provide tailored resources to promote mental health in the field, including toolbox talks, stand-down resources, mental health signage, and other ways to reinforce a culture of care.
Suicide Prevention
As a leading builder, we also are committed to reducing stigma around mental health and confronting topics like suicide and addiction. We are a Capstone Sponsor of Construction Suicide Prevention Week, held each September to call attention to suicide in our industry.

- Sleep disruption
- Chronic pain caused by manual labor
- Travel which may separate workers from families and friends
- Physical strain
- Access to means of committing suicide like high places
