Ajax Awarded Santa Rosa County Courthouse Project

We are thrilled and honored to have been chosen for the Santa Rosa County Courthouse project! We will be partnering with Sam Marshall Architects,Go to https://www.sammarshallarch.com/ and HOKGo to https://www.hok.com/ for a design-build of a brand new judicial center complex. This complex will be approximately 100,000 SF and constructed on a 19 acre parcel on Avalon Blvd. in Milton. The project, per Florida Statute 255.252, will be designed/constructed utilizing either the USGBC LEED or GBI Green Globes rating system.
