STO Building Group (STOBG) Promotes Greg Dunkle and Amy Wincko to New Executive Positions
The new roles reflect the company’s steady growth into an updated organizational structure
NEW YORK, NY (December 12, 2023) – The STO Building Group (STOBG) family of construction companies today announced that several members of its leadership team have been promoted to new positions. The appointments come as part of strategic organization enhancements aimed at further supporting the company’s ability to deliver client value with exceptional construction services, whether at the local or global scale.

Greg Dunkle has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer, responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s ongoing operations. In this role, he supports STOBG’s 14 companies in achieving their annual operating and performance goals with a firm commitment to ensuring they are realizing their clients’ vision for success. Dunkle previously served as the company’s Chief Administrative Officer.
Amy Wincko has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer, elevating her involvement in overall company strategy, vision, and long-term growth from her previous Senior Vice President position. Earlier this year, Michael Luciani joined Wincko’s team as a Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth to further define strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen and grow the company in target sectors.
David Hamilton has been promoted to Director of Strategic Sourcing. As the Vice President of Purchasing at Structure Tone New York, Hamilton not only developed critical relationships with trade partners and suppliers for New York-based clients, but he tapped into the STO Building Group (STOBG) platform to develop a comprehensive state-of-the-industry purview of the supply chain and its ongoing developments for the benefit of the entire organization and its clients. In his new role, Hamilton will continue to leverage those relationships and market insights to help STOBG’s project teams and their clients make informed decisions across the organization.
Robert Leon has been named Chief Innovation Officer for the organization. In this role, Leon will continue to find new and smarter ways to help solve client challenges and advance the company and the construction industry. In particular, Leon will focus on fostering the innovative and entrepreneurial culture of the organization as well as lead a number of investments in our industry partnerships and pilot programs to continue testing efficiencies and processes to help project teams succeed.
