John Kiely
Independent Board Member
John J. Kiely is a seasoned financial and accounting expert with nearly 40 years of extensive leadership experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). His distinguished career at PwC saw him in numerous senior roles, including Pharmaceutical Industry Sector Leader, Private Equity Assurance Sector Leader, Assurance Chief Quality Officer, and member of the US Senior Partner Nominating Committee.
John’s expertise spans many sectors, providing strategic guidance and leading complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, IPOs, and joint ventures. His client portfolio included major companies like Bristol-Myers, Merck, DuPont, The Carlyle Group, and Rohm and Haas.
John has significant board experience, including serving on the boards of Amneal Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: AMRX) and Covis Pharmaceuticals. In these roles, he contributed to corporate governance, IT initiatives, risk management, and strategic transactions.
Residing in Berwyn, PA, John holds a BS in accounting from the University of St. Francis.
