Richard Lee
Independent Board Member
Rich is the Chief Accounting Officer for Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. and serves on the Audit, Finance and Risk Committee of the STO Building Group Board of Directors, overseeing the group’s financial and risk management practices. Rich brings 30 years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions with corporate, private equity, and infrastructure investors. His sector experience includes engineering and construction, infrastructure, and diversified industrials. Areas of focus include financial analysis, due diligence, synergy analysis, integration and separation matters, accounting practices, and deal structuring.
Prior to joining GISI in 2020, Rich was a partner with KPMG LLP in their Deal Advisory practice and previously a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP.
Rich completed his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and received his MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
