Keyvan is the Director of Special Projects, where he leads a team of construction professionals, manages client relations, and oversees day-to-day operations within the New York Special Projects division. Keyvan and his teams are dedicated to delivering exceptional client service across a diverse range of projects and lines of business. His drive, innovative thinking, and unwavering client focus have consistently made him a trusted partner for his clients.
Since joining the company in 2013, Keyvan began his career as a superintendent, successfully completing some of Structure Tone’s most notable projects, demonstrating his expertise and delivering successful outcomes to clients. In 2022, Keyvan transitioned to Project Manager, providing the development of construction schedules and resource planning to meet quality & safety protocols. He managed, mentored, and developed supers, estimators, and field staff to ensure high performance, while also serving as the primary point of contact between ownership, design teams, and staff, delivering progress updates and resolving any issues.
