Levi Clegg
COO Layton Construction
Levi Clegg is Layton’s chief operating officer, overseeing operations across the company’s 16 offices nationwide. He also helps lead STO Building Group’s western U.S. operations alongside David Layton. After joining Layton in 2021 as vice president, associate general counsel, Clegg’s role quickly expanded beyond legal work into core business operations. As VP, he managed critical risk management, helped business unit leaders negotiate and structure complex projects, and led Layton’s go/no-go project evaluation process. Clegg holds a JD from the University of Utah and an MS in Construction Management from the University of Denver.
