With more than 30 years of construction experience, Michael Krantz leads Pavarini’s operational strategy, overseeing teams and project delivery with a strong focus on safety, financial performance, and operational excellence. Since joining the firm in 2006, Michael has been a key contributor to Pavarini’s long‑standing success, delivering several of the company’s most complex and high‑profile projects. In his role, Michael oversees account executives, project managers, and superintendents while maintaining a deep commitment to quality, collaboration, and project well‑being. He is also passionate about mentoring and developing future leaders, helping to strengthen Pavarini’s teams and support long‑term growth.
