Layton Named General Contractor of the Year at 2026 AZRE RED Awards

In addition to the top honor, Layton earned “Best Of” awards across multiple project categories, including mixed-use, industrial, and office developments. Award-winning projects included The Maeve Central Station and ANOVA Central Station, Luke Field, and Fender Co-Headquarters.
Hosted annually by AZ Big Media, the RED Awards recognize excellence in real estate development, construction, architecture, and design across Arizona. Nearly 200 projects were considered for this year’s awards program.
