Caroline was appointed CFO to Structure Tone International in June 2022 following a two-year period as a consultant, during which time she realigned internal processes and laid a firm foundation for steering the business back to profit. Caroline brings a unique approach to the business, having come from a Media background where she herself was the client. With Caroline’s dynamic vision, comes a deep-rooted understanding of both the client’s and supply chain’s needs and constraints, enabling Structure Tone London to be more proactive as the business strengthens its market position.
