Dennis Murray
Senior Vice President, EstimatingStructure Tone
With 30 years of experience in the industry, Dennis is one of our lead executives when pursuing projects for both new and repeat clients. He has worked on interior fit-out projects in new construction buildings as well as renovations and restacks in occupied buildings for large, multi-story commercial headquarters offices. His journey with us began when he joined our London office in 1995 as a rotational project engineer in the plan room. From there, he worked his way up starting as an estimator then later transferring across the pond to our New York office. After several years, he was managing our estimating department and later concentrated on preconstruction. With a seasoned expertise in estimating, Dennis provides oversight and helps our preconstruction/estimating teams develop estimates and provide careful analysis of the contractual requirements to ensure nothing is overlooked. Dennis has been enormously involved in the preconstruction efforts for major headquarters and relocation projects, including Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, KPMG, Facebook, and Google. Dennis is a committee member for United Way of New York, Gridiron Gala. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in construction engineering and management from the University of Brighton, England.
