Ed Shannon joined Structure Tone in 2022 and serves as Director of Business Development, supporting growth across New Jersey. He focuses on building strategic client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and advancing efforts aligned with the company’s long-term vision. His collaborative, relationship-driven approach helps guide the firm through dynamic growth and evolving market sectors.
Ed holds a B.A. from Seton Hall University, where he was a member of the men’s golf team and competed at the collegiate level for four years. He brings more than 15 years of experience in business development and the construction industry, leveraging a broad network and deep market knowledge to strengthen Structure Tone’s growth initiatives and client partnerships.
A resident of Madison, NJ Ed lives with his wife, Kathleen, and their three children, Madeline, Tyler, and Liam.
