CHC Healthcare Sector Leader (NJ) LF Driscoll Healthcare
Joe joined the STO Building Group family of companies in 2007 as a superintendent at Structure Tone. His time in the field provided opportunity to learn the complexities of healthcare construction. In 2014, Joe was promoted to PM for healthcare projects–ultimately focusing his career on healthcare construction that led to an executive leadership position. Joe serves as the executive-in-charge for of LF Driscoll Healthcare’s projects in central and northern NJ, including a growing portfolio with Atlantic Health System and Hackensack Meridian Health. One memorable project is 2018’s Morristown Medical Center’s Gagnon Cardiovascular Overbuild for Atlantic Health System, a $38M project with an unusually intricate combination of steel, HVAC, and elevator expansion.
Today, Joe manages approximately $100M in healthcare projects annually in NJ. Outside the office, Joe is on the executive committee for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Big Climb Event to raise money for blood cancer research.
