Michael “Mike” Delaney brings more than 40 years of construction management experience to his role as Executive Vice President at LF Driscoll, where he has spent his entire career. Over four decades, Mike has built an exceptional portfolio of projects spanning diverse sectors, sizes, and levels of complexity—consistently delivering results that exceed client expectations.
As EVP, Mike focuses on strengthening internal processes, driving efficiency, mentoring emerging leaders, and maintaining the high standards of quality and accountability that define the firm. His steady leadership and institutional knowledge have played a critical role in advancing LF Driscoll’s market position and supporting sustainable growth across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast.
Beyond the firm, Mike is actively engaged in industry and community leadership. Since 2021, he has served as a committee member on the Philadelphia Anchors for Growth & Equity (PAGE) Real Estate & Construction Subcommittee, which is dedicated to expanding participation of Black- and Brown-owned firms in real estate and construction projects at anchor institutions.
