VP of Operations Structure Tone
Mick Healy, Vice President, and Director of Operations, brings over 35 years of experience to the Structure Tone family. In his position, Mick is responsible for all construction operations and oversees the complete lifecycle of projects. Mick places a strong emphasis on safety through the implementation of the safety 360 platform, while also ensuring quality control, reviewing schedules, serving as subcontractor liaison, providing support during project close-out, and assigning staffing for all projects in Structure Tone New Jersey.
Since joining the company, Mick has managed high-profile projects for some of Structure Tone’s top clients across NJ and NY, including LEED certified and state-of-the-art office spaces. He specializes in minimizing the impact of construction activities to clients’ daily operations while exceeding quality, cost, and schedule goals. And when a project team needs an exceptionally innovative solution, he’s New Jersey’s go-to guy!
