Richard Hemming is responsible for the preconstruction side of the Dublin office looking after Estimating, Bidding and Business Development. He works with the international business identifying new opportunities in the marketplace. Richard has 20 years experience in the property and construction market working for developers, property investors and general contractors in Ireland and the UK.
