Tyler Swartzwelder is Senior Vice President of Operations at STO Building Group, where he partners with leaders throughout the STOBG family of builders to help improve and support operational strategy, efficiencies, and initiatives such as joint venture opportunities, sector diversity, complex project execution, and the company’s Safety 360° philosophy. His experience as a P&L leader allows him to relate to our business units, mitigate risk, and assist project teams in achieving successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
Swartzwelder has nearly 20 years of operational leadership experience across a range of sectors within the construction industry, including mission critical, public administration, higher education, entertainment, healthcare, and tenant interiors.
