Director of Operations Structure Tone
With over 26 years of experience at Structure Tone, Vincent Confreda has built deep institutional knowledge through progressive operations roles, including serving as Area Manager, where he played a critical role in overseeing complex projects and guiding teams through all phases of construction. As Director of Operations, Vincent leads project execution across the region, working closely with estimating and field teams to ensure seamless coordination from preconstruction through completion. Known for his meticulous attention to detail and strong leadership, he is instrumental in evaluating project schedules, managing subcontractor procurement, and upholding the high standards synonymous with Structure Tone. Vincent holds a B.S., in Mechanical Engineering from New York Institute of Technology and maintains both 10-Hour and 30-Hour OSHA certifications.
