Franco Giaquinto is the Founder and CEO of Outbuild, a construction software company redefining how projects are scheduled and managed. Since founding Outbuild in 2021, Franco has focused on creating a platform built for construction from day one, connecting project schedules with real-time jobsite data—RFIs, submittals, materials, drawings, and more. Under his leadership, Outbuild emphasizes collaboration across owners, GCs, and trades, ensuring accountability, traceability, and improved project outcomes. Franco is driven by a mission beyond delivering great software: helping customers foster stronger relationships, reduce litigation risks, and achieve more successful construction projects.
Neil Ascione serves as President of RC Andersen and has been with the company since 2008. Neil played an integral part in RC Andersen’s growth and has helped develop some of RC Andersen’s deeply rooted client relationships over the years. An authority on daily project management and organizational processes and policies, Neil has managed many of RC Andersen’s major initiatives from start to finish. Neil earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ.
Engineering runs in Neil’s blood. He received guidance from industry veteran Bob Andersen for over twenty years, which allowed him to grow alongside the company. Neil has driven the company’s business development by expanding the reach and complexity of projects undertaken by the company.
Leading with a simple philosophy of honesty, diligence and pro-active problem solving, Neil’s ambition is to continue guiding RC Andersen toward stability and success.
In his spare time, Neil spends time outdoors with his wife and two daughters skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing and hiking.
Joshua Enger is a Senior Superintendent at BCCI Construction.
Enger’s expertise in construction management is demonstrated through their roles at prominent firms within the commercial and residential construction sectors. At BCCI Construction, they advanced to Senior Superintendent, building upon their experience as a Superintendent. Prior to this, Enger served as a Superintendent at Swinerton, where they contributed to a range of construction projects. Their career also includes a tenure as a Superintendent at Lendlease, a multinational construction and infrastructure company.
Earlier in their career, Enger held a Supervisor position at Dickinson Cameron Construction, a firm specializing in high-end retail and luxury brand construction. Throughout their professional journey, Enger has been involved in overseeing and managing various aspects of construction operations, contributing to the successful execution of diverse building projects. Their responsibilities have encompassed site supervision, project coordination, and ensuring adherence to construction standards and timelines.
