The Brevard Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is one of the most activated EOC in the country and the most activated in the State of Florida. This new EOC facility was designed to withstand 200 MPH hurricane force winds, large missile.

As the second largest city in Utah, West Valley’s expanding police force required a larger facility that met their spatial and technology needs, as well as the needs of the growing community.

Currently, the University of Florida Police Department is house in five separate buildings that were never intended or designed for police department operations.

This New Public Safety Campus includes a main Administrative and Property Evidence building that is a three-story, 167,000sf structure built to 195 mph wind design criteria.
This opportunity arose when the town of Hudson, New Hampshire needed a new fire station. The 7,800sf, brand new, design build facility would help fill a gap in one end of town and would serve as a model station for future renovations.
This new 31,042sf facility allowed the Georgia Tech Police Department to replace obsolete police facilities, consolidate its units into one location, and modernize the police department’s functions, including updates to its emergency operations and forensics lab. The project required a significant amount of secure, outdoor, structured parking for patrol vehicles, utility trailers, and specialty vehicles.
The City of Venice’s current police station was first built in 1990 and this new facility will incorporate innovations to meet the modern needs of its community. In the 26 years since the station was built, public safety has taken even more responsibility in response to an increase in active shooter scenarios.
This project consisted of a stand-alone three-story county courthouse of approximately 110,000 gross square feet situated on 19 acres on Avalon Boulevard in Milton. The building houses eight courtrooms, eight judge’s suites and all the necessary support services including a secure holding area for inmates, hearing rooms, a law library, evidence rooms, jury selection and jury deliberation spaces.
