Construction Firm Pavarini McGovern Opens West Palm Beach Office
Local team will support client expansion and Florida’s strong building market
West Palm Beach, FL (June 2, 2025) – Construction management firm Pavarini McGovernGo to https://stobuildinggroup.com/pavarini-mcgovern/ has opened a new office in West Palm Beach, Florida to support clients’ geographic expansion into the area and the state’s continued economic growth.
Located at 1400 Centrepark Boulevard in the heart of the city’s business district, the office allows Pavarini McGovern to bring their expertise in building complex new buildings and expansive renovations to the area, including the company’s many clients who are expanding into South Florida.
“Complex construction challenges are what we do best,” says Eric McGovern, president of Pavarini McGovern. “This opportunity to bring that expertise to existing and new clients in South Florida is exciting, and we’re looking forward to supporting this already booming market.”
The new West Palm Beach office also complements the Southeastern locations of PMG’s sister companies, Ajax Building Company and Layton Construction, and allows for expansion of others, such as LF Driscoll to support their clients with Florida locations. As part of the STO Building Group (STOBG), these builders share resources and expertise, and the West Palm Beach office provides a South Florida hub for that collaboration.
One of the professionals helping establish the West Palm Beach office is Michael Murzynski, who has joined Pavarini McGovern after working for nearly 10 years in South Florida construction. Murzynski has over 20 years of experience in nearly all types of building construction and particularly understands the regulatory and economic climate of the area.
The new office’s physical address is:
