John Di Capua Joins LF Driscoll as Senior Vice President
New York NY (April 20, 2026) – LF Driscoll, a leader in healthcare construction management, has added veteran builder John Di Capua to its team as senior vice president.

Based in their New York City office, Di Capua will help LF Driscoll continue to grow its healthcare portfolio, both in the Greater New York City area and beyond. In addition to assisting with healthcare, Di Capua will be bringing his talent and experience to the company’s life science, hospitality and mission critical portfolio. As part of the LF Driscoll team, he will also help LFD partner with fellow STO Building Group members along the East Coast for continued sector growth, including Pavarini McGovern, RC Andersen, and Ajax Building Company.
Di Capua comes to LF Driscoll after spending the last several years building a healthcare construction practice from scratch at another large construction management firm. Under Di Capua’s leadership, the group grew to over $1.5 billion in revenue with large-scale healthcare projects across the Northeast. His clients include such notable institutions as NYU Langone Health, Hospital for Special Surgery, Weill Cornell Medicine, and Mount Sinai, among many others.

Di Capua holds degrees in construction management and electrical engineering and is a licensed professional engineer (PE) in over 15 states.
