Super Con Brings STOBG Superintendents Together for Industry-Leading Event
DALLAS, TX (April 1, 2026) – STO Building Group (STOBG) recently hosted its inaugural Super Con in Dallas, Texas, bringing together superintendents from across the organization for a first-of-its-kind event focused on leadership, collaboration, and industry innovation.
Centered around the theme of “The Power of the Platform,” the convention highlighted the impact of bringing STOBG’s network of builders together to share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and support one another.
Developed by STOBG’s Superintendent Roundtable (SRT), Super Con expanded the vision behind the company’s Superintendent Academy, a training initiative created by superintendents, for superintendents. The event provided attendees with opportunities to exchange lessons learned, discuss industry challenges, and build a stronger peer network across the STOBG family.
In addition to educational programming, attendees participated in networking events, group activities, and a vendor fair that showcased new industry tools, resources, and company benefits.
Super Con ultimately reinforced a central message across the STOBG family: when builders come together, they create a stronger, more connected organization positioned to lead the industry.
