Flagler County Nexus Center
This planned 23,036 square foot facility was designed to encompass the Bunnell Branch Library and Administrative Offices, Health and Human Services, and a Conference Center/Community Room. There is a multi use room in the interior with a kitchen for users and public events and a sound booth to facilitate podcasts.
The building was designed to Code + for higher wind ratings and use after storms. The exterior walls are tilt wall concrete with portions of brick form liner. Over 25,000CY of fill was brought in to the site to bring to grade while all other sitework, utilities, and landscape/hardscape will be provided for a complete facility.
