Bristol-Myers Squibb
For over five years our staff has provided construction services as part of an on-call master services agreement on Bristol Myers Squibb’s (BMS) campus.
To-date we have built the types of projects under this master services agreement have included renovation of vivarium and labs, upgrades to conference room A/V systems and data center expansion. We have become intimately familiar with all the types of buildings on the campus including the main buildings, vivarium, BLS-3, central utility plant, MH building and gatehouse. Representative examples of our projects consisted of a Vivarium, Data Center, Central Utility Plant, MEP Upgrades, Laboratory Life Safety and Security Systems, and Interior Fit out in addition to several Miscellaneous Projects.
