Bristol-Myers Squibb
Since 2011, Pavarini Construction has provided Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) with on-call construction services for their Wallingford, CT campus under a master services agreement.
To date, projects have included the renovation of vivarium and labs, upgrades to conference room A/V systems and data center expansion. Pavarini has become intimately familiar with all the different types of buildings on campus including the main buildings, the vivarium, the BLS-3, the central utility plant, the MH building and the gatehouse. Representative examples of projects at BMS include a vivarium, the data center, the central utility plant, MEP upgrades, laboratory life safety and security systems, as well as interior fit-outs.
