We can either use your preferred vendors or select from our qualified
pool of subcontractors through competitive bidding, as we do for all

Yes! The more stakeholders using the platform, the greater the
efficiency gains.
What is Day2+?
Day2+ is the technology powering FCS, enhancing operational
efficiency, and increasing occupant satisfaction for all of our
clients’ sectors. Although STOBG does not own this platform, we have
the amazing opportunity to help develop the platform and tailor it to
the needs of our clients, and our teams including our subcontractors.
Is there an app?
Yes, there is a mobile app available on iOS and Android.

Consultant Portal: bring your consultants in to help manage all
projects throughout your portfolio! Including Owner’s Representatives,
Design teams, other vendors, etc.
Contractor Portal: Purpose driven project management enabled by an active manager identifying daily areas of focus, potential risk items, and real-time status of operations – providing efficiency of time and resources.
Subcontractor Portal: All team members see the progress of work, whereabouts of materials and equipment, and site requirements on the mobile app or web based app to enhance efficiency for those who are boots on the ground or on the move.
