The project is pursuing two sustainability certifications: LEED v4 Gold and Fitwel.

The vertical campus, which is targeting LEED-CI v4 Gold certification and WELL certification at the Silver level, comprises open workspace with huddle areas, conference rooms, client experience centers, a virtual reality igloo, a maker lab, an interview studio, and San Francisco’s first five-story interconnecting stair.
