Rodriguez has been working in construction management for nearly 25 years. Most recently he served as the regional vice president of operations for Balfour Beatty (formerly as Centex Construction), where he managed operations for the firm’s Dallas, Austin and Houston offices. As VP of New Construction at STSW, Rodriguez will oversee the strategies, partnerships and operations of the company’s large-scale projects across North Texas. Rodriguez is an active advocate for promoting diversity in the construction industry, serving as the chair of the Regional Hispanic Contractors Association and co-chair of the Construction Industry Outreach Advisory Council. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M.

Brown is helping STSW continue to develop its client relationships and projects throughout North Texas. Brown comes to the firm from CBRE, where he specialized in office tenant representation, providing advisory and transaction management services for corporate office users’ acquisitions, relocations, expansions and renewals. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Brown is a member of the university’s alumni club, Texas Exes, as well as Dallas’ TouchDown Club. He is also a board member of the Ronald McDonald House Young Friends Organization and active with Family Legacy Ministries.
