Dermid Kelly
Senior Regional Vice President Structure Tone
As Senior Regional Vice President, Dermid brings over 35 years of experience to Structure Tone and has managed the Philadelphia business unit since its inception in 2006. Focusing on growth and cultivating local clients, Dermid has led his team to the successful completion of major projects in the Philly area, including Morgan Lewis, Wells Fargo Center, Macquarie, QVC, Deloitte, and Spark Therapeutics, among many others.
A LEED Accredited Professional, Dermid also holds a B.A. in business management from Iona College. He actively participates in his community, serving as a board member for the ACE Mentoring, Alzheimer’s Association and as a member of the Union League, Carpenter Company of Philadelphia and Central Philadelphia Development Corporation (CPDC).
