Eric, a seasoned construction industry professional with over 27 years of experience, leads Structure Tone New York’s estimating department. Overseeing a team of nearly 60 estimators, he is responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, detailed budgets, and RFP responses. His expertise in cost control and evaluation has been instrumental in securing and executing projects for high-profile clients such as Morgan Stanley, Citadel, White & Case, Columbia University, and major New York City landlords including Vornado, SL Green, and Boston Properties.
