Harold Maierle
Senior Vice President, Head of OperationsStructure Tone
Harold began his career with Structure Tone in 1992, moving up the ranks within the Operations department. As Senior Vice President and Head of Operations since 2024, he has been an invaluable asset and a large part of the department’s growth over the last two decades. He oversees a key group of 10 operations leaders who supervise all project managers and account executives. He boasts an impressive resume, having demonstrated his managerial skills on some of Structure Tone’s highest profile projects. Harold has also spearheaded our rotational project engineer (RPE) program which exposes young professionals to a well-rounded experience in construction management. He holds an exceptional ability to mentor and provide guidance to our next generation of leaders. Harold holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College.
