Marc DeLuca
Vice President, Special Projects Structure Tone
Marc is the Vice President of Special Projects, where he leads a team of construction professionals, manages client relations, and oversees day-to-day operations within the New York Special Projects division. Since joining the company in 2013, Marc began his career as a superintendent, successfully completing some of Structure Tone’s most notable projects, demonstrating his expertise and delivering successful outcomes to clients.
In 2018, Marc transitioned to the Special Projects group as an Account Executive, where he focused on creating, maintaining, and diversifying client relationships. He played a key role in overseeing strategic projects from planning through completion, ensuring seamless communication and execution among project teams while fostering long-term partnerships.
Promoted to Director of Special Projects in 2021, Marc now oversees a critical segment of Structure Tone’s New York operations. He leads teams dedicated to delivering exceptional client service across a diverse range of projects and lines of business. Marc is a graduate of Structure Tone’s Rotational Project Engineer (RPE) Program, designed to provide young AEC professionals with hands-on experience in multiple construction disciplines. In 2023, he was recognized as one of ENR New York’s Top Young Professionals.
Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Fairfield University.
