Matt brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as Joint Managing Director (alongside Justin Fahy) of Structure Tone London. Since joining the business in 2024, he has been instrumental in expanding the London team and shaping the future direction of the business.
A delivery-focused and hands-on leader, Matt remains closely connected to project teams and site operations. His leadership is grounded in trust, accountability and a strong team ethos – fostering a culture of empowerment, ownership and high performance.
