LF Driscoll
Matthew Guinan began his career as a structural engineer in 1997 and joined LF Driscoll in 2004 where he has since emerged as a distinguished leader in healthcare construction, managing the construction of more than $2.5B of healthcare projects to date. He has led many large projects for both the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Penn Medicine. Matt is currently leading the construction of the new 1.5 million-sf New Patient Tower for CHOP and was a key leader of the Integrated Project Delivery Team for Penn Medicine’s 1.5 million-sf Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Pavilion. With his wealth of experience and strategic acumen, Matt continues to redefine standards of excellence within the healthcare construction sector.
