Michael Farrell
Regional Vice President Structure Tone
Michael Farrell, Regional Vice President, began his career at Structure Tone 22 years ago and has been an invaluable resource and leader for the past two decades. Having been a part of the operations, account executive, and estimating departments, Mike has seen it all when it comes to construction. As AE, he managed major corporate headquarter renovations, including Novo Nordisk and NRG, and the incredible transformation of Bell Labs into Bell Works, before moving into his role as New Jersey’s Vice President of Estimating.
As Regional Vice President, Mike provides executive oversight and enhanced leadership. He also handles day-to-day operations, including business planning and management, compliance direction, corporate financial strategy, and employee development. Mike holds a B.S. in environmental science from the University of Scranton and an M.B.A. from Montclair State University.
