Michael Hourihan
Vice President, Compliance & Ethics STO Building Group
Mike’s work has focused on spearheading efforts to implement new compliance and operational processes and procedures, along with our Legal and Risk Management departments. He has also led the development of CM Guidelines and a PM Manual for STOBG’s U.S. interiors and core & shell businesses. Mike was previously employed as chief administrative officer and counsel at Bravo Builder, LLC, an open shop core & shell builder, as president and chief operating officer of Greenfield Manhattan Group, Inc., a real estate development and construction company, and as a tax attorney and partner at KPMG in New York. Mike is a licensed attorney, CPA, and PMP.
