Michael Sci
SVP Facilities Construction Services
With over 25 years of experience in corporate real estate, project and construction management, and team development, Michael Sci is dedicated to driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional client service. As the leader of STOBG’s Facilities Construction Services (FCS) division, he ensures the team supports the long-term facility needs of clients across the US and Canada—through both the smaller-value, high-volume OpEx projects as well as the high-volume programmatic needs on the CapEx side.
Mike’s career spans supporting some of the most respected organizations in the industry—including Citigroup, JLL, and JPMorgan Chase—where he has led national, multi-site programs focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and innovation. His leadership has covered a wide range of programs, from signage updates to full-scale new builds, at times delivering up to 18,000 projects annually with a total value of half a billion dollars across multiple states.
Mike’s approach is rooted in service-first execution, ensuring that FCS delivers strategic guidance and hands-on support for every client, whether they require a single upgrade or a nationwide rollout. His ability to scale solutions for both small programs and complex, multi-site initiatives makes him an invaluable partner in facilities construction.
