Paul Drecksel
President STO Building Group
As President of STOBG, Paul joins CEO Bob Mullen and Executive Chairman Jim Donaghy in overseeing and managing the strategic direction of our growing, industry-leading construction firm. After earning degrees in accounting and law, Drecksel spent two decades as a construction industry attorney, advising owners, subcontractors, and general contractors on a wide range of construction projects and topics. He joined Layton as general counsel in 2013 and transitioned to COO in 2020, helping to lead the western operations for STOBG, including Layton, Abbott, and Structure Tone Southwest.
