Richard Hemming is responsible for all local operations and the continued growth of the Dublin office. Richard’s experience comes from the preconstruction side of the Dublin office looking after Estimating, Bidding and Business Development. He works with the international business identifying new opportunities in the marketplace. Richard has 30 years’ experience in the property and construction market working for developers, property investors and general contractors in Ireland and the UK.
