Thomas O'Halloran
Vice President, Business Development Structure Tone
Since joining Structure Tone in 2006, Thomas (Tommy) has been a key executive involved in enterprise strategy, client relationship management, and project oversight. Tommy leads the NY office’s business development initiatives and maintains existing client relationships including many of our largest and long-standing valued clients. He has built the trust of our clients with whom he interacts and represents Structure Tone both locally and internationally as an ambassador of our values and client-first culture. His clients and business relationships know him for his integrity, transparency, and commitment.
A 26-year veteran of the industry, Tommy has built a reputation among his peers for his dedication to the projects, relationships, and causes he supports. Representing Structure Tone in the wider market, Tommy is actively involved in the NY Chapter of CoreNet Global having served on the board and subsequently serve as Chair in 2022.
NY-born and raised, Tommy got his start in the real estate business as a tenant representative at Cushman & Wakefield where he honed his holistic understanding of the commercial real estate business. The relationships he has built over the years benefit our organization’s overall goals and commitments. He is a graduate of Manhattan College.
Committed to giving back to the community, Tommy has volunteered or served on the boards of multiple philanthropic entities including, the Inner City Scholarship Fund, The American Heart Association, The Boy Scouts of America and CYO Basketball among others.
