Timothy Coda, LEED® AP, VP of Estimating, brings to this effort construction experience gained on diverse renovation projects in construction trade estimating and cost analysis. For the past 17 years he has provided estimating and preconstruction services for a wide range of complex projects for a diverse mix of sectors, including extensive experience in conceptual budgeting, hard bid, and negotiated contract work for construction projects throughout the Connecticut area.
